The E-series metering pump hot melt adhesive machine is designed for stable and continuous production line applications. Its series can choose from three different volume melting tanks and can independently control up to three AC motors at the same time. Combined with a 7-inch HIM touch screen "TouchTech" control system, it can control six heating throats and six auxiliary heating zones. The E-series hot melt adhesive machine is suitable for all adhesive application fields of hot melt adhesive, to meet the high technical requirements of customers in terms of technology, quality, and reliability. The E-series hot melt adhesive machine offers melt tank capacities of 7, 20, and 28 kg, all of which adopt a double-layer progressive melting design. The melt tank is also coated with a special high-temperature PTFE non stick coating, effectively eliminating carbonization and preventing nozzle blockage due to adhesive residue, allowing you to achieve optimized production.
