Transmission gear is high precision 20CrMnT for high printing accuracy, low operating noise, longservice life. Bearing adopts NSK or Harbin, wear resistance, high precision. All shafts and rollers are hard chrome plated, fine grinding, dynamic balance treatment. The ink homogenizing mechanism is with doctor blade inking system or rubber inking roll for choice. Double knife slotting or single knife slotting is available. Creasing line structure adopts large creasing wheel, forming effect is very good. The boxes collection structure can be insert type or scattered type for option. The baler (Auto strapping machine) can be PE or PP baler for option.
