Mutoh’s XpertJet 1682UR now available with new US81 Inks
The XpertJet 1682UR offers speeds up to 27.3 m²/h (2x CMYK) and high image quality up to 1440 dpi, with advanced multi-layer printing.
Mutoh Europe nv proudly presents the new XpertJet 1682UR, a 64” (162 cm) high-performance UV LED roll-to-roll printer, powered by Mutoh’s latest US81 UV LED inks. Designed for versatility, productivity, and sustainability, the XpertJet 1682UR is the ideal solution for high-quality graphics production.
The XpertJet 1682UR delivers print speeds up to 27.3 m²/h (with 2 x CMYK) set-up and image quality up to 1440 x 1440 dpi, combined with advanced multi-layer printing options. Users can create 5-layer prints that display different visuals front-to-back, or 4-layer prints for striking frontlit/backlit combinations. Transparent and coloured substrates, as well as non-white materials, can be enhanced with spot varnish effects for eye-catching finishes.
Key highlights include dual 1440 nozzle heads, dual 4” UV LED lamps, single-pass 5-layer printing without media pull back, and a full range of automated calibrations for maximum user comfort and flawless output.
The XpertJet 1682UR is ideally suited for a wide array of applications such as in-store promotions, wall décor, POP & retail displays, floor and window graphics, fine art prints, and exhibition signage. With GREENGUARD Gold certified US81 inks, it also ensures environmentally responsible production for indoor environments with strict VOC requirements.
