London Packaging Week 2025 will host more than 190 suppliers and over 70 speakers

London Packaging Week 2025 has confirmed a programme focused on the key challenges and innovations shaping the future of packaging. Taking place on 15-16 October at ExCeL London, the event will host more than 190 suppliers and over 70 speakers, with sessions dedicated to sustainability, regulation, inclusive design, emerging technologies, business resilience, and shifting consumer expectations.

Talks will be split across three themed stages: the Luxury Stage, the Beauty & Drinks Stage, and the Food & Consumer Pack Stage. Notable sessions include a panel on fibre-based packaging with representatives from Nestlé, Marks & Spencer, and Veolia, and a talk on inclusive design from Kevin Marshall, senior creative director at Microsoft. Design consultant Frank Stephenson will explore luxury aesthetics through innovation, while Stylus and Boots will lead a discussion on authenticity in packaging design.

Other sessions will cover connected packaging, AI-driven design workflows, and structural packaging in the no- and low-alcohol drinks sector. Contributors from companies including Unilever, Bentley Motors, Reckitt, Trinny London, Fortnum & Mason, Wrap, and Positive Luxury are also confirmed to take part.

Visitors can also consult regulatory specialists at the PackUK clinic, including live sessions with representatives from Defra, the UK government department for environment and agriculture. The Best of British Design Gallery, in collaboration with the Pentawards, and a display from the Museum of Brands, will offer additional context on design evolution and cultural influences on packaging.
