LMAI to Celebrate 25 Glorious Years at Grand Udaipur Conference
The Label Manufacturers Association of India (LMAI) is set to mark a major milestone as it celebrates 25 years of service to the Indian label industry. The celebration will coincide with its biennial conference, scheduled to be held from 3 – 6 July 2025 at the luxurious Fairmont Udaipur Palace. Themed 'Emerging Beyond Boundaries,' the upcoming conference is expected to be the largest LMAI event to date.
The four-day event will bring together key stakeholders from across the Indian label industry, including converters and leading suppliers, both domestic and international. Designed as a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and future-focused dialogue, the conference promises to set the tone for the next chapter in India's label manufacturing journey.
Fairmont Udaipur Palace, the host venue, offers a unique blend of tradition and modern luxury. Nestled in the scenic Aravalli Hills and located 45 minutes from the nearest airport and just 10 km from Udaipur city centre, the palace features one of Rajasthan's largest ballrooms, a historic stepwell, and an exclusive events pool with jacuzzi and amphitheatre — making it an ideal backdrop for this landmark industry gathering.
LMAI President Rajesh Chadha says, "The event will deliver immense value to the label industry; we endeavor to make it a memorable event."
The conference is exclusively open to LMAI members in good standing. An extensive list of sponsors has been confirmed for the event, with Kurz India supporting as Platinum Sponsor and Avery Dennison as Elite Sponsor, alongside several other prominent industry partners. Over 350 rooms are booked for the conference – the main event will be held at The Fairmont Udaipur Palace. Additional rooms are arranged at Hotel Aurika Udaipur. Elaborate transport, transfer, and registration arrangements are put in place. As usual, the conference will be a knowledge delivery event with motivational and other speakers, celebrity-driven entertainment, panel discussion, multiple networking programs, and much more.
Conference chairmen Manish Desai and Jaideep Singh assure in unison, "We are making sure that it is a well-organized event with all functions and programs running smoothly to perfection. We strive to provide satisfaction to delegates."
