Fujian Diyao Tech Launches 328M Yuan Paper Packaging Project in Ninghua
Construction has begun on Fujian Diyao Technology's comprehensive paper packaging and recycling production facility in Ninghua County's Southern Industrial Park. With a total investment of 328 million yuan, the project represents a key provincial-level initiative introduced through Zhongsha Township's investment promotion efforts.
Spanning 33,335 square meters, the facility is currently in piling work phase and scheduled for completion by January 2026. According to Chief Engineer Fu Xueming, the plant will specialize in paper packaging and color printing production, with projected annual output value reaching 500 million yuan upon operation.
The development includes production workshops, office buildings and supporting facilities, expected to generate substantial employment while stimulating growth across the industrial supply chain.
Ninghua County has implemented streamlined approval processes and lifecycle management services to accelerate key projects. Through its "Five Comprehensive" work method and regular progress reviews, local authorities are addressing construction challenges to ensure timely completion and operational efficiency.
