Weisheng Intelligent Packaging Base Project Secures 300 Million Yuan Investment
On March 3, the Xiaonan District People’s Government officially signed an investment agreement with Weisheng Packaging (Wuhan) Co., Ltd., marking a significant milestone for the region’s packaging industry. Weisheng Packaging, a leading producer of paper-based packaging and printing solutions, specializes in meeting diverse packaging needs and has established strong partnerships with several paper and plastic packaging companies in Xiaogan.
The Weisheng Intelligent Packaging Base Project, facilitated by the Xiaogan Municipal Organization Department, involves a total investment of 300 million yuan. Spanning 30 acres, the project will feature a state-of-the-art digital factory with a 12,000-square-meter production facility and a 3,000-square-meter, five-story office building. The base will produce a wide range of packaging products, including outer cartons, logistics boxes, e-commerce packaging, tear-open boxes, warehouse storage containers, display boxes, shelf displays, inner trays, dividers, and premium color boxes.
As the only region in Hubei Province with a focus on the paper and plastic packaging industry, Xiaonan District has taken a significant step forward with this project. The Weisheng base not only fills a gap in high-quality color printing and carton production but also strengthens the district’s position as a hub for packaging innovation.
