On 30th December 2024, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Department of Industry and Information Technology, Department of Ecology and Environment, Development and Reform Commission announced the notice of the list of cleaner production enterprises in the autonomous region for the year of 2024, and Guangxi Jingui Pulp and Paper Co.

Jingui actively practice the concept of green development, scientific and technological innovation to drive industrial transformation and upgrading, to promote industrial cleaner production as an important hand to transform the mode of economic development and promote energy saving and emission reduction, and the concept of cleaner production and the organic combination of daily production activities, the unit of product-related energy consumption of water, electricity, steam and other energy consumption as well as the rate of product gain are in the forefront of the industry.

2024 Excellent Evaluation of Enterprise Technology Centres in the Autonomous Region

On December 18, 2024, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region announced the notification of the evaluation results of the autonomous region's enterprise technology centres in 2024, and there were 237 autonomous region's enterprise technology centres that met the annual evaluation period, and among the 201 enterprises that had submitted the evaluation materials, 28 enterprises were rated as excellent, 134 enterprises were rated as good, and 39 enterprises were rated as basically qualified, and Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper Co.Ltd. passed the annual evaluation with "excellent" results.

The declaration and evaluation of enterprise technology centre involves a number of threshold indicators, including the development and competitive advantages of the enterprise, technological innovation mechanism, main revenue, R&D cost investment and original value of equipment, scientific research team, information construction, etc. In addition to this, the enterprise is also required not to violate the Customs Law, the Law on Tax Administration and related laws and administrative regulations.

Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of the autonomous region announced to the society the list of "contract-keeping and credit-keeping" enterprises in Guangxi in 2023, and Guangxi Jingui Pulp and Paper Industry Co.

On 31 December 2024, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region announced the list of industrial water-saving benchmark enterprises (parks) of the Autonomous Region in 2024, and Guangxi Jingui Pulp and Paper Co.

In addition, Jingui Pulp & Paper was awarded the Water-saving Enterprise/Water-saving Benchmark Enterprise of the Autonomous Region in 2019 and 2022 respectively, and was awarded the title of National Water Efficiency Leader Enterprise in 2022 and 2024.
