Meeting of the expert group was held to establish a guiding technical document for the industry
In recent years, digital printing technology is showing the development trend of product adaptability segmentation, all-digital production process, quality control standardisation and application scene experience.However, a set of scientific, standardised, systematic and unified standard system has not yet been formed, nor has it been able to clearly define the content related to digital printing and the logical relationship between its standards.Therefore, it is extremely necessary and urgent to research, develop and formulate a set of "Digital Printing Standard System Table" suitable for digital printing, which has important guiding significance and application value for the construction of modern digital printing industry with Chinese characteristics and its technological innovation.In April this year, "Digital Printing Standard System Table" was included in the industry standard project plan by the State Press and Publication Administration, the leading unit of the project is Anhui Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, and the leading unit will carry out the development of the project with other participating units under the coordination of the National Printing Standardization Technical Committee.
In accordance with the standard formulation and revision work plan of the National Printing Standard Committee, the establishment of the Drafting Group of Digital Printing Standard System Table and the first working meeting were held on 20 December 2024 in Hefei City, Anhui Province.More than ten experts and representatives from printing enterprises, research institutes and industry organisations such as Anhui Xinhua Printing Company Limited, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, Wenzhou Zhebao Culture Company Limited, Tianyi Yufu Technology Company Limited, Savi Precision Technology (Guangdong) Company Limited, Tianjin Vocational University, Shenzhen Vocational and Technical University, Shenzhen Printing Industry Association, Urumqi Vocational University, and so on, took part in the meeting.During the meeting, the participating experts carried out in-depth and detailed discussions on the first draft of the standard.Basically determined the direction of the preparation of the standard, the scope of application, the technical framework and the composition of the main sub-system.The standard system table includes the standard system structure chart, the detailed table of standards at all levels, the statistical table of various types of standards as well as the compilation instructions.
In order to make the content of the industry standard "Digital Printing Standard System Table" (guiding technical document) more instructive and more widely applicable, the National Technical Committee for Printing Standardisation hopes that more enterprises and institutions with the appropriate qualifications and willing to contribute their wisdom and strength to the improvement of the standard system of digital printing will actively join the drafting team of this standard, and hand in hand to promote the process of the development of this standard, and to contribute to the improvement of the standard system of digital printing.The further improvement of the standard and the promotion of the implementation of the role of expert think tank team.
