Amend some provisions of 21 administrative regulations.(Annex 1)

4 administrative regulations shall be repealed.(Annex 2)

This decision shall come into force on 20 January 2025.

Article 36 of the Regulations on the Administration of the Printing Industry shall be amended to read: “Where the amount of illegal business operation is more than 10,000 yuan, a fine of not less than 5 times but not more than 10 times the amount of illegal business operation shall also be imposed; where the amount of illegal business operation is less than 10,000 yuan, a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan shall also be imposed”, to read: “Where the amount of illegal proceeds is 50,000 yuan or more. Article 46 adds a paragraph as paragraph 2: "The illegal income referred to in these Regulations refers to the amount of profit after deducting the cost of committing the illegal act; if there is no cost or if the cost is difficult to calculate, the money obtained by committing the illegal act is the illegal income."
