Designed for experienced printing professionals in the industry, this machine operator training course is an all-round professional training course covering all aspects of booklet printing, from printing principles to practical operations, from colour management to quality control, to the latest printing technologies and equipment applications.

In this training session, a printing theory learning part was set up, through which the mechanical unit and folding unit of M700S booklet equipment were explained, so that the participants could easily master the basic principles of the printing technology of the equipment.The training course also set up a practical operation section for the students, who went into Henan Xinhua Offset Printing Workshop to operate the M700S equipment and carry out the actual printing operation of booklet covers and inner pages.Under the guidance of the instructor, the trainees not only improved their practical operation ability, but also learnt how to solve all kinds of technical problems in the actual work.

In addition, a "Printing Technology Seminar" was organised during the conference, inviting printing experts from Goss (China) to discuss the future development of the booklet printing industry.Customer representatives actively spoke and put forward many creative and constructive ideas, contributing their wisdom to the innovative development of the booklet printing industry.

During the training process, participants not only deepened their understanding of the core technology of booklet printing, but also gained a deeper understanding of the latest developments and trends in the industry through theoretical lectures, practical exercises, case studies and other forms of interaction with instructors and colleagues.The trainees who received the training all said that they had gained a lot.

Advantages of M700S in hardware

M700S, as a new printing equipment introduced by Henan Xinhua, is equipped with double same-speed paper frame, front and rear secondary tension, automatic deskewing, automatic cleaning blanket, automatic register, folding tracking, tampering ink roller cooling, unit lubricant cooling and other configurations, which protects the production of Henan Xinhua.Only in the production season in August this year, M700S achieved the task of printing more than 17,500 reams of paper, and the highest single-day output of the machine reached 720 reams of paper.

M700S Highlights in Production

The M700S uses servo motors for more stable and precise operation, which easily achieves ink-water balance and thus improves printing quality.

The device is equipped with a scuttle roller cooling device, which can make the temperature of the ink path more stable.The lubricating oil of the main drive gearbox of the printing unit is equipped with a cooling system to ensure the consistency of temperature between the left and right sides of the printing unit.

The equipment is equipped with a metering water-loading device for sheetfed and commercial rotary configurations, which makes the water-loading of the layout more uniform.

Henan Xinhua's M700S is the first equipment in China to be equipped with automatic blanket cleaning device on web rotary offset press, and its automatic cleaning function greatly saves workers' time and reduces labour intensity.
