Rolling Meadows, IL – Komori America announces that Presstige Printing, a premier full-service commercial printer based in Bonita Springs, Florida, has installed a Komori Lithrone GL840P+C advance LED-UV press to expand production capacity and increase efficiency for its high-end commercial print work.

With two locations in Bonita Springs and St. Petersburg, Presstige Printing operates from a combined footprint of 60,000+ square feet and employs 80 team members. Founded in 1980, the company has steadily grown by serving clients across political direct mail, hospitality, real estate, higher education, and healthcare, among other verticals.

Under the leadership of President Wes Weidenmiller, the company has made strategic investments to meet rising demand for complex, high-quality, fast-turn print jobs.

“We were out of capacity. Our current press is running two shifts a day seven days a week, and it’s still not enough,” said Weidenmiller. “Adding this GL840P+C advance is a big leap forward that helps us support current customer and also future growth.”

The 8-color 40-inch perfecting press with coater and LED-UV curing technology enables Presstige to run high-quality, double-sided jobs at high speeds, while significantly reducing drying time and makeready.

“This press increases our capacity by 2.5-3 times and will help alleviate stress on our production staff. It’s a great fit for the kind of high-volume, detail-oriented work we’re known for,” Weidenmiller added.

Known for producing complex projects entirely in-house—from print to bindery and mailing—Presstige Printing leverages its dual-location setup to maintain efficiency and flexibility, including regular delivery runs between facilities.

When selecting a new press, Weidenmiller said Komori stood out for its automation, press intelligence, and proven reliability.

“We looked at the market and noticed that shops running modern Komori perfecting presses weren’t just happy with the technology—they were growing. That was a strong sign,” he said. “The GL840P+C advance has the automation we need today, and it gives us room to scale into the future.”

This investment marks a major step in Presstige’s continued momentum and reinforces its position as a trusted print partner for clients with high expectations and fast turnaround needs.
